Terms of Use

MyClubtap provides a platform for clubs, leagues, and communities to create and manage fantasy sports competitions.

We do not operate competitions as the owner in most cases. Competitions are typically run by the respective club, league, or game owner, unless otherwise stated.

MyClubtap is operated by:

• MyClubtap does not facilitate or process any payments on the platform.
• All competitions on the platform are free to enter.
• This is not a gambling platform.
• MyClubtap does not offer or guarantee any prizes.

Any prizes or rewards:

• Are managed externally by clubs, leagues, or partners.
• Are the sole responsibility of the game owner or organiser.
• MyClubtap has no financial liability in relation to any prizes or rewards.

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of their account information.
• All activity under their account.
• Sharing or misuse of accounts is prohibited.
• Users can request the deletion of their account or be removed from specific games by emailing admin@myclubtap.com.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at:

• Platform level (by MyClubtap)
• Game level (by game administrators)

Clubs and leagues may:

• Set approval processes.
• Restrict access to competitions.
• Define eligibility criteria.

MyClubtap provides tools to enable this functionality but does not control these decisions.

All competitions are owned and managed by the respective club, league, or game owner unless explicitly stated otherwise.

They are responsible for:

• Competition setup.
• Rules (including custom rules).
• Administration and moderation.
• Overall operation of the competition.

MyClubtap provides the platform infrastructure only.

From time to time, MyClubtap may:

• Organise or host free-to-enter fantasy competitions.
• Partner with third parties to offer competitions.

These competitions:

• Are optional and open for users to join at their discretion.
• May be created, modified, or discontinued at any time.
• May not be available on an ongoing basis.

Where such competitions are run:

• MyClubtap or its partners may manage the competition setup and operation.
• Any rewards or promotions associated with these competitions are not guaranteed, subject to separate terms (if applicable), and the responsibility of the relevant partner or organiser.

Participation in these competitions does not create any entitlement to prizes, rewards, or continued access.

DFY (Done-For-You) Model

Where MyClubtap assists in managing competitions:

• We support with setup, scoring, and general operations.
• Score updates depend on availability of source data and timeliness of data provided by the client.
• We do not guarantee real-time or error-free updates.

DIY Model

Where clubs/leagues manage their own competitions:

• Game administrators are fully responsible for score entry, accuracy of data, and timely updates.
• The platform calculates results based on the data entered.

• Scores are currently entered manually (by game administrators or the MyClubtap team).
• Administrative tools may allow corrections or adjustments.
• Accuracy is the responsibility of the game administrators.

MyClubtap is not liable for:

• Incorrect scores.
• Delayed updates.
• Data inaccuracies.

Fixtures may change due to external factors.

• Game administrators manage fixture updates.
• Users acknowledge that changes may occur at any time.
• MyClubtap is not responsible for the impact of such changes.

MyClubtap is not responsible for:

• Disputes between users.
• Rule interpretations.
• Competition decisions.

This includes competitions operated by clubs, leagues, MyClubtap, or its partners.

All disputes must be handled by the relevant competition organiser.

Users must not:

• Create fake or duplicate accounts.
• Abuse other users or administrators.
• Exploit game mechanics.
• Manipulate competitions or outcomes.
• Interfere with platform functionality.

We reserve the right to take action against violations.

By using the platform:

• Participation data (e.g. team names, rankings, scores) may be displayed within competitions.
• MyClubtap may use aggregated, non-identifiable data to improve the platform and generate insights.

Users do not own the platform's intellectual property. All platform technology, design, and functionality remain the property of MyClubtap.

• The platform may experience downtime or interruptions.
• Features may be modified, added, or removed at any time.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

MyClubtap reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate user accounts.
• Remove content.
• Restrict access to competitions.
• Shut down competitions if required.

This may occur where terms are violated or where necessary to protect the platform.

To the extent permitted by law, MyClubtap is not liable for:

• Competition outcomes.
• Loss of rankings or data.
• Errors in scoring or fixtures.
• Delays in updates.
• Disputes between users, clubs, or organisers.
• Any indirect or consequential loss.

We may update these Terms of Use at any time.

Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

The platform may include links or references to third-party services or partners.

MyClubtap:

• Does not control these services.
• Is not responsible for their content or actions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
